Gerard was very responsive, check in was made easy with each guest sent instructions. We had a lovely welcome, the property was well presented and we were extremely grateful for the essentials like bread, milk, tea coffee etc on arrival. It was a lovely touch and highly recommend the property.

The townhouse is perfect for a big group, very adaptable with twins or doubles in every room, plenty of space for a large group to relax and very well equipped. We were 12 adults but didn't feel cramped at all. It is tucked away from the road and very conveniently situated for shopping on the doorstep. Ged went above and beyond as a host, and as well as explaining everything very well, he checked in over the weekend by text to make sure everything was going smoothly. Little touches such as food in the kitchen, a brilliant range of toiletries in every room and even spare toothbrushes in case we needed them. The two pans of scouse made for us on the first night was ideal - and meant we didn't have to find a restaurant to take 12 people at short notice. Definitely the best Airbnb experience we've ever had.

Please be aware of extra costs written in the listing. It came as a shock to me so i'd recommend scouring the page to avoid surprises (click "house rules "--> then "read more"). In the end, our stay went very smoothly and the house was lovely and spacious. There was lots of lovely food in the fridge for us to enjoy and the beds were very comfy!

Wow! What can I say - from start to finish we were extremely well looked after by Ged and his team (specifically Jess!). Communication was excellent and nothing was too much to ensure our stay was perfect. We stayed as a group of 9 to celebrate my sisters' recent marriage. The accommodation was spotless, beds were comfy, and facilities in top order. Jess even went so far as to source a gluten free cake and to put up decorations ahead of our arrival. We paid the extra £100 for the Hot Tub, if you're planning to have a few hours R&R at the house this is 100% worth it! I would happily recommend this property for anyone looking for a stay in the area, and would stay here again if in the area with a group.

This is a really lovely house with plenty of space. It is nicely decorated and very clean.The hot tub is definitely a wonderful highlight, as is all the food that is provided when you first arrive - don't bring food with you! Lidl is a few minutes walk away and has a delicious range of fresh pastries every day, for a breakfast treat. Communication is best via WhatsApp and you get a very quick and helpful response to any queries, as the lady who looks after you lives in the basement below. Parking on the street nearby was always easy.
