Beautiful apartment in a quiet part of the old town. Excellent location. We loved it but a couple of things to be aware of. Very small hot water cylinder located just outside the apartment entrance. Our first shower got cold before we had completed it. I turned up the hot water cylinder a little, and we managed by staggering our showers after that. Don’t turn it up too much, or you will burn yourself as the shower does not regulate, you just get the temperature of the water from the cylinder. Also extremely narrow and steep staircase that would be impossible if you had mobility issues or were elderly with heavy bags. But we would definitely return if we came back to Rovinj.

Wir haben uns in Majas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Treppe zur Wohnung und die Treppe zur Terrasse sind extrem steil - das ist vielleicht wichtig zu wissen - aber auch diese Info hat Maja vorher gegeben, dass es mit schwerem Koffer mühsam werden könnte. Maja hat auf Nachrichten von uns immer sofort reagiert und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas nicht wussten. Herzensempfehlung von uns.

Great location in old town with many restaurants nearby. The apartment is great. Some amenities are shared (washing machine) but it’s not an issue. Nice place.
