Marca has created a cute, cozy and quiet oasis in the country convenient to Madison’s West Side attractions and both Mount Horeb and Verona attractions. The Keurig Organic Coffee pods and Klarbrun waters and snacks were a welcome luxury!!! One word of caution when checking in- don’t leave your phone in the room while carrying your bags in or you may realize that the first entry door to the outside has inadvertently closed and locked and you will likely have not memorized the code 😏. Perhaps it will be an extremely chilly night and you are left fumbling in the dark and you have had a long day of travel and then your visions of plopping on the bed momentarily will have suddenly faded. You can probably guess how I have come upon this advice.

Marca's place is absolutely perfect! It is perfectly clean and lovely. There were a great deal of kind, thoughtful touches, which made us wonder if Marca was an innkeeper in another life! We hung out a bunch in the gazebo and walked down to the pond to watch the sandhill cranes. Marca's dogs are as cute as can be. The neighborhood is pastoral and peaceful. Oh, and the location is centrally located for those planning trips to Madison, Spring Green, or Blue Mounds. Thank you, Marca!

Great rural escape! Room is quaint and cozy. Bed is comfy. Private entrance a plus. Our stay was way too brief to thoroughly enjoy the setting.
