We loved staying at Doug & Meg’s place. It was exactly what we were looking for for our weekend. They were responsive with messaging and were flexible with our check in. Their property was so pretty and we loved seeing their cat and horse! Would recommend!
Such a grounding, calm, and beautiful place with greenery all around and easy access to town & area attractions. Meg and Doug were so helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay!
Meg and Doug were very gracious hosts and the property was absolutely gorgeous. We had a BBQ and bonfire the first night we arrived, hiked at Devil’s Lake the next day, and ate dinner in the downtown area of Mt Horeb, which is just a five minute drive from their place (but the setting is so idyllic, it felt like two separate worlds!). Would highly recommend staying here.

We have been married for 36 years and enjoy living in the country. We enjoy traveling, seeing new parts of the country and visiting off the beaten path locations. We have hosted students and families over the years and would like to now share the guest suite we have with others who enjoy visiting new places and want to explore the beautiful outdoors of Southwestern WI.
