Convenient location in the quarter, nice and walkable. Would stay here again, how was very responsive and provided good instructions for check in and check out. I appreciate not a lot of check out requirements. Thanks for the nice stay in NOLA.

Parking was a bit of a hassle even after reading reviews and instructions from host. all lots are owned by same company, and is a little complicated to get set up. there's an app called premium parking I suggest downloading and prebooking. there's a lot right across the street but high priced. there are others nearby including covered but only slightly less expensive. don't use the kiosk on site, they only have up to 24 hours rates and are much more expensive then using the app if you are staying for an extended period. the place was a great launching point. far enough away from bourbon but an effortless walk to everything. the place is super functional for what we are looking for. signs of wear and tear are a bit more than what the pictures show but nothing that was too bad. we had a small issue upon arrival but Charles was at our door in minutes to correct. it was right next door to a bar but we never noticed noise as others mentioned.
