Angela is a fantastic host and great with communication! Such a peaceful place with beautiful surroundings. Restaurants and stores were nearby.

We were very pleased with our stay at Angela's place in Ruckersville, VA (The Franklin Estate - Suite E). Angela was very responsive and provided any and all information that we needed. Check-in was very easy. The suite was very clean and well furnished with everything we needed, and more. It is nestled in a private and quiet location and is in close proximity to several stores, dining and just about anything else you might be in need of while on your stay. We would definitely book with Angela again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a private and quiet place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Franklin Estate. The place was peaceful and and private. Close enough for easy access to Shenandoah National Park but a nice respite from the heat. The pool was nice as well. Angela was very responsive and helpful with check in and updates. I would definitely stay again!

We were pleased with our stay. It was quite while still having all the convinces of home. The mattress was comfortable. It had plenty of room. Perfect for my husband to work while I explored. Wireless was adequate. Slower upload speeds. The instructions where very clear and easy to follow. It was a lovely little vacation.
