The apartment is really nice and modern. The view on the canal was magical. The supermarket was around 16 minutes away. There is a bar very close. I really appreciated all the bits left in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, vinegar, soap as well as the shampoo in the bathroom. I found check in a bit confusing as the first code takes you into a courtyard and then go right into another building and around the corner is a white door which says private. It would help if there are photos or a video to follow to get to it. Unfortunately, for us we stayed after an issue with the drains so there was work going on in the courtyard that you need to pass through to access the property. I would have liked to have been informed about this situation as I do have mobility issues and the walking surface wasn't easy for me. However, once this is sorted we would stay there again. It only takes about 10 minutes to the water bus stop which we caught to then go to the airport, which took around 30 minutes.

We had the most amazing time! The accommodation is perfect, 10mins if that from St Marks Square, lovely restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area which are reasonably priced and it is in the perfect spot beside the water and close to everything! We loved wandering around and taking in the sites but staying central without being too close to the very populated areas. We have been recommending this apartment to our friends if they visit Venice! Thank you for having us ♥️

Die Wohnung ist super. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes Probleme mit dem Ablauf von Wasser in Spüle, Waschbecken und Dusche. Das Problem konnte leider während unseres nicht gelöst werden. Für uns war das eine Einschränkung, aber wenn das Problem gelöst ist, können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Valeria hat uns einen Preisnachlass gegeben. Als absolute Fans von Venedig haben wir die Woche trotzdem genossen.

chouette séjour dans le logement de Valéria. en plein coeur de Venise à quelques minutes de la place st Marc et de toutes les beautés de Venise. Idéal pour une famille de quatre. la vue sur le canal est un grand plus. je recommande à 100%.
