We had a wonderful time at Samantha’s cabin celebrating our thanksgiving holiday. The directions were easy to follow and Samantha was always available and very nice. The cabin is peaceful and quite with beautiful views. The fireplace was beautiful and kept us toasty! The cabin has more decorations than pictured in the listing, every wall tells a story. So cool! The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was fully operational and equipped with everything you would need. The bathrooms were perfect, water temperature, and pressure were perfect as well. The washer and dryer worked great as well. The wifi was weak but expected as your far in the mountains. The weather was beautiful. 30s at night and 50s during the day. Once you get to the mountain, it takes a little over 5 miles to reach the cabin. You definitely need an suv/4x4. We truly enjoyed our stayed! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay over Labor Day weekend with our family! It was very private and we enjoyed the getaway in nature. We had an SUV and crossing the river was no issue. Samantha was very responsive and provided clear directions for accessing the property and using everything in the house. My husband and daughter enjoyed the fly fishing, and we all enjoyed walking along the river and eating our meals on the porch and watching the hummingbirds. Just a note that there are a lot of stairs to get to the river from the front porch, for anyone to be aware for accessibility issues, and as noted in the listing no cell service but internet and satellite TV are available. We would happily stay here again, and appreciate Samantha’s hospitality!
