Enjoy the waterfront peace day or night! We've been told we have some of the best star-gazing nights around! The direct waterfront is shared with the other cottage "Love shack", but the direct patio area is private to this cottage. NOTE HOT TUB IS AN ADDITIONAL $100 PROFESSIONAL CLEANING FEE SHOULD YOU WISH TO USE BECAUSE THIS IS A SPECIAL NON-chlorine based system that is great for sensitive skin and nose! The Hot tub is open for use YEAR ROUND! ** Bonus outdoor shower! NOTE this counts as the 1/2 bath - there is only one bathroom (one toilet / one shower) and then a bonus outdoor shower April-October. Interior includes a modern, fully stocked kitchen with great countertop space, cookware and utensils. Also includes a full sized gas oven, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, microwave , blender and dishwasher. Dining Area can be setup for a romantic dinner for 2 or a family of 6. Bright white full bathroom, with a large standup shower and cabinets for storage. +Plus in the summer use the outdoor shower as well! The main living room is bright white with the most comfy slipped cover couch! Extra large tv equipped with Fire Stick and a DVD player. You'll also find plenty of books and games! Master bedroom in a rich knotty pine that was sourced directly from the trees that once inhabited Monomoscoy everywhere!. Features a walk around queen, 6 drawer bureau and heirloom makeup mirror. Guest bedroom also in the knotty pine offers a couch by day and extra long twin by night, with an additional twin underneath. Room also serves as an offce with desk and monitor. Guest Access: Guests are welcome to access the shared waterfront and Adirondack chairs. Note if you rented both cottages you aren't sharing with anyone! Use of any on premise water toys, including kayaks/SUPs, is not permitted. Guests are welcome to bring their own water toys. Use of private on premise dock is NOT permitted. Hot tub is for persons 18 years or older - no children. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of any personal water toys, including kayaks/SUPs is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and use of your personal water toys. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of your personal water toys and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of personal water toys may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using personal water toys if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the personal water toys while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the personal water toys.
