The apartment is very nice and views from balcony is great. Location is not convenient to anything without a car or paying taxis for everything. I misunderstood that when i rented so on me. Internet was great for my work. Buy groceries in town or have delivered if planning to cook or eat in. If u want peace and quiet from tourists this is great spot. Depending on your needs/preferences, Jessica's place is worth considering

This is a super nice Airbnb. The space is lovely. The bed is super comfortable with wonderful pillows. The shower is fantastic with good pressure.  plenty of towels. There are lots of options for different seating. The view from the rooftop is wonderful. The little stairs going up are a little scary if you are prone to fear of heights! There also is road noise… Proximity to everything is really great!

This was a great stay for us to do our diving on Cozumel. The complementary snorkel gear was a nice touch and used at Punta del Sur(which is a must see on the island). The restaurant next door also had great margaritas!!

Stayed January 25 to February 8th, pictures of the condo are exact. Very open concept, hardly used air conditioning as all the windows were sliding glass doors. We opened the patio doors daily and had a great breeze all day. Lovely decor, lots of towels and bedding, nice added touch was the high quality hand, body and dish soaps, conditioner and shampoo. Ceiling fans throughout, nice big bedroom with lots of closet and drawer space. Balcony is beautiful lots of scenery, has a private terrace above with lounge chairs, hammock and patio set which also has a great view! Met some really nice people around the fantastic pool. Miguel at security was extremely helpful.  We have stayed at resorts the past six year’s. Location is perfect for going into town and only a few minutes from the small beaches along coastal road Carr. Costera Sur. Gustov’s next-door had friendly staff and great food for dinner. Looking forward to returning next year. Fran & John

Jessica’s place was very relaxing and a haven in beautiful Cozumel. She did her best to accommodate our custom requests and the residence looked just like the listing. The rooftop was something else watching cruise ships dock with a cold beverage in hand and funny enough, we enjoyed watching Netflix on the TV. Would definitely recommend. Bring some ear plugs and an eye mask for sleeping and you should be good to go!
