Our kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and designed with both elegance and functionality in mind. Bella Beach Resort features a large entertainment area with a barbecue, along with a home gym complete with treadmill and exercise equipment. When night falls, retreat to the elegance of our master bedroom, complete with a luxurious king-size bed and a cozy fireplace. The other 3 bedrooms (2 x queen and 4 single bunks plus pull out trundle) along with our outdoor studio which offers a convenient private space equipped with a fold-out double bed, perfect as a teen retreat. Sleeps up to 13. Superior hotel quality bed linen and bath towels are provided. We loved staying at Bella Beach Resort - we will definitely be back! The hosts are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is almost better than the photos - very clean, spacious and has everything you need to make you feel at home. The pool was a definite highlight! I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area.
Booked this for a weekend away with girlfriends. Everyone was so impressed, we had such a great time! The accommodation is stunning and had everything needed provided, with a very responsive and helpful host. Probably my best stay so far!
Our stay was great. The facilities were as described with good instructions on how to use the pool and spa. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The space is well zoned to have a couple stay with 3 generations of one family and have your own space. The outside area were great too as there was ample space and options for lounging around the pool, using the spa or eating outside. Can’t fault the quality of the product or the owner/manager’s skill of presenting a great space or their communication. The manager went out of their way to reunite us with belongings were inadvertently left behind as well.
The home and location was beautiful, the hosts were kind, easily reachable and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would defiantly book again. I highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

You will leave with memories of beautiful scenery, stunning coastlines, scenic views, calm waters and you will feel rejuvenated after a harmonious stay at the stunning Bella Beach House.
Bella Beach House is within a short walk to the St Leonards shops and pier. There is also public transport available by bus, and many cycling tracks. The Bellarine Express - the Portarlington Ferry to and from Docklands is a wonderful way to experience the fresh sea air and the open sea.
