We had a fabulous stay at Dianne's house, it was exactly as described and big enough for two families to spread out and relax. We were within walking distance to all the local shops, pubs, cafes and pier. The house is located directly opposite the beach and while the road is in between there was very little traffic and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay with no inconvenient traffic noise. The lift was great for transporting our luggage and groceries up to the higher floors. Dianne was very accommodating and responsive to our enquiries and the check-in and out process was very simple. We had a wonderful long weekend away in St Leonards!

This is the best home that my family and I have ever stayed in. It has incredible views of the bay, right across the road from the beach, and it is well within walking distance to everything in St Leonards. The home itself is emaculate. It comes with towels, bedsheets, bed covers, pillows etc etc and the kitchen facilities are absolutely amazing. Everything you could ever need in a kitchen including all the wonderful appliances and they are all brand new or as new. Laundry facilities were incredible, the 3 bathrooms were amazing and the bedrooms were spectacular. That's correct spectacular... You would think how spectacular could a bedroom really be, right? These were spacious, clean, and a pleasure to sleep in as they were warm, air conditioned and heaps of closet space. The spacious lounge room was just amazing. The home has an elevator which can take you up to the third level. We used the elevator to carry our shopping to the second level which is where the kitchen is situated. It also has, 3 monster size HD television sets, with Netflix, Stan, Prime streaming services just to name a few. Just wonderful. If you think it is too expensive, then think again as this is a wonderful expereince and I would highly recommend you try and stay here at least once in your lifetime. Kindest Regards Laurie

It was so special to be the first guest to arrive at this beautiful property in St Leonards overlooking the beach. Excellent beach view with a house full of so much luxury. Heated towel racks in bathrooms, the hot water tap in the butlers kitchen, huge flat screen TVs to name a few. There was also a lift, but we didn't use it. The house was fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Located close to shops and restaurants. Dianne, the host was great with excellent communication and was kind enough to offer us early and late checkout. Was so easy to deal with. Our whole group was extremely satisfied with the stay. Would highly recommend and definitely looking forward to stay again.
