This was a truly great stay. I lived in this apartment for five weeks and really got to experience it in detail. Here's a big download of my experience there: The photos do match the space exactly -- it's a gorgeous apartment and the closet is massive. It's also super quiet when it comes to hearing other neighbors. HOWEVER, be mindful of the baseball, soccer, and football games, along with concerts. You are RIGHT next to the stadium and the windows are not triple-paned. You will hear every person yelling, singing, going to/from the bar, the drumline parades (those happen with every game)... It's LOUD. You're also in Pioneer Square, which is where most of the missions / soup kitchens are, so a large portion of Seattle's homeless population congregate in this neighborhood, more so than other neighborhoods. But there are lots of interesting bars and restaurants peppered throughout this area, and it's definitely very popular on the weekends. The windows are very bright and the shades don't do much for darkening the space, so your sleeping patterns will likely match sunrise/sunset. The fact that this place has A/C and exposed concrete is also very nice. The building staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The roof deck is also GREAT with views of Elliott Bay. Receiving packages through Blueground/the building is tricky – but doable once you figure out the process(es). Overall, this was a wonderful stay!
