We stayed for a month. Every single day was wonderful. The view set the tone for each day. It is spectacular day or night. We saw 9 rocket launches. These were visible from the balcony or the boardwalk. The property was in excellent condition and modern in decor. Diane was always very helpful and responsive. We were able to work on our fitness goals between the pool, the beach, the sidewalks and wonderful parks in the area. Modern streaming TVs in all main rooms. Appreciated the washer and the dryer. Would definitely stay again. Recommend as a long term rental for sure.

Magical place to stay on the ocean just look at the ocean and calm down the ye real medicine salt and sun. The condo is very clean and comfy, Diane was super nice and attending to all our needs.

Wonderful stay few steps away from the famous Cocoa Beach pier. Nice beach with warm water, everything you need within 2 minutes drive. The condo is just awesome and has an outstanding view on the endless sea. Plenty of activities and a private view on rocket launches. Diane is a very responsive host and was always there to answer all questions we had. We though of keeping it secret in order to have it just for us but it would had been unfair to other. sincerely a wonderful place.
