We spent there a few nice days. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment at the beach. The host responded in case of questions and concerns kindly, quickly und proactively.

Great spot to stay for a getaway with the family, a few couples or just the two of you. Everything you need is there - beach chairs, cooler, etc. Very clean. Everything is brand new. Very responsive staff. We had a blast.

This was a great place for our family to get together for a relaxing few days. The location next to the beach and close to the Cocoa Beach Pier was great. The beach was a very short walk from the condo and while close to the pier, was just far enough away to get away from more crowded public area south of the pier. The pool was clean and of sufficient size to accomodate everyone. It was never crowded while we were there. The condo was spacious with the three bedrooms/two baths and plenty of space in the kitchen, dining and living rooms for us to come together. The balcony was also big enough for all of us to hang out together. The covered parking space near the unit made it easy to load and unload the car and kept the car from getting too hot. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit and the beach accessories which included boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, and umbrella. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay here was great. It was convenient to the pool and beach and a very short walk to local restaurants and the pier. Grocery store around the corner. The decor was so fun - loved the theme. It was clean and I appreciated that there was soap, salt and pepper and coffee filters…all the things that are annoying to buy that you hate to throw out at the end of the trip. Also loved that they extended the beach chairs and umbrella for our use. Super helpful. Our family loved staying here.
