This place was perfect!!! We had a girls weekend and it was so much fun! The house was very clean, spacious, looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed and then some! Our host was very responsive with anything g we needed! Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would stay again!

The house is beautifully decorated in a beach style. Also the colors are coordinated and go from bathroom tiles to plates and kitchen utensils. Plenty of (also color and theme coordinated) towels are provided and the kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean, has a nice garden and a Terrasse with a big table to eat at.

The home was very clean, well stocked, and homey. The location was AMAZING. 2 blocks to the beach, and one block to restaurants and the Jetty walk. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous 2+ week stay at Kokomo! The 3 BR/2BA home is in a great location and has lots of living space (indoors and outside). It's a short walk to the jetty and beach and even closer to the inlet that has a handful of fun restaurants with good food and live music. The home has all the basics and higher end cookware, dishes, appliances, and towels than many rentals we have stayed in. Response time and communication with owners was excellent. It was our first time in Fort Pierce and we really loved the area. In addition to everything that is within walking distance, there are many parks and open space on Hutchinson Island, and the historic downtown area has much to offer (more restaurants, weekly farmers market, marinas, music venue/theater, etc). Definitely recommend!
