This was my first airbnb experience and it was great. Justin is really responsive and the place was just perfect for our needs. Internet speed was not great, around 10-15Mbps, however Justin said this will be the first improvement on his list. Neighborhood is calm and beautiful. I will definitely book again for my next visit to Denver. He was really nice being flexible with check-in and check-out times, thank you for that Justin!

Five stars, all around! The only less than stellar opinion I have is that the Internet wasn't the greatest. I work from home and, while I was there, the Internet cut out several times in the middle of my work day. other than that, it was perfect! again, five++ stars!

We felt right at home in this beautiful house. Tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Justin was very responsive to my inquiries. There were just a few items that presented some frustration. The garbage disposal did not work, so the water backed up in that portion of the sink. There was no hand wash in the bathrooms. The containers were either empty or watered down. We had to purchase hand wash ourselves. The website said there was shampoo and body wash, but there was neither. Justin had an explanation for that and said there was hotel bottles of those items in the closet, but there was none. We had to buy our own. There were no instructions for the fireplace. Justin said it would have been too complicated to explain except face to face. They insisted that you ALWAYS park in the garage which we found odd. There were family photos and personal photos all over the house. A little disturbing. All in all, the positives were that it was clean, it was within 15 to 30 minutes of many locations & Justin always answered in a timely manner.
