They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as were the doors, the trim, much of the furniture, etc. It was NOT dirty, it was well kept, and again the location was great. It could really benefit from a dishwasher when they remodel the kitchen. The fridge was great, no issues (I had seen issues reported in other reviews).

The house layout is nice. Definitely needs some paint, fixing up in a few places and new furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no complaints about the property. We liked the price of this house and didn’t expect a whole lot.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed being able to walk out of the back door right onto the beach. The kitchen had all the appliances and amenities we needed. We enjoyed being minutes away from activities, but also having the privacy of a beautiful local beach that was not accessible to public. The house does appear to be old and the flooring and furnishings were very dark and outdated. Unfortunately the back doors did not easily open so we could not enjoy use of the back deck as much as we wanted. But the house was relatively clean and nothing stood in the way of our enjoyment of the beach. I would recommend that the owners put a little bit of maintenance and upgrades into the house to make it more comfortable for the guests. For the price-point, the house was fine as we didn't spend much time inside the house.

Couldn't have had better proximity to the beach for any price!! Great value!!
