The house is absolutely beautiful and fairly new. Furniture is comfortable, house is spacious and bright with beautiful bathrooms. Good wifi (I worked from home while there), big pantry, close to the beach, great ac, wonderful appliances, stunning bathrooms. Would definitely recommend the place! Check your email/app to get all details from company as they're not on airbnb, which makes it a little confusing/frustrating. Few things to know: -Phones swap between EST/CST time - check in/out is EST -They do NOT allow early check in (as stated) even if the place is vacant the day before. -Construction debris around the property (Nails/screws) - don't go barefoot! -If staying for longer than a few days, bring spices, laundry, dishwasher detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc as they give small bottles of each -Parking is tight but doable -Lots of construction, very loud with people parking everywhere -Small town, not much to do/eat -Stove very easy to bump & turn on

This was our first time in Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas area. It is a very beautiful natural area, which is less developed than much of Florida. The home is located very close to a semi-private beach, and when walking you can see lots of wildlife, from birds to crabs to dolphins. We enjoyed the natural beauty of the Cape, on which the home is situated. If you are looking for lots of activities and attractions, however, this is not the most suitable first choice. It is a remote, very slow, small town area, with not many things to do nearby, other than the beach, which is about a 3-5 minute walk from the home. Shopping and restaurants are about 15-30 minutes drive away. The home is brand new, clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen. However, this private neighborhood is still in development with several open lots, so expect some construction while you stay. Also, if you have a larger group, parking is difficult in the small, gravel driveway. Fine if you only have 1 or 2 vehicles.
