This is new construction so my GPS had a hard time with the address but there are signs to help locate the correct house. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL. We took a girls trip with my daughter, her friends and other moms to celebrate her 13th Birthday. The bunk room was PERFECT for all the girls to share. Having our own private pool and beach access was great! We so enjoyed taking a break and having some down time. We brought food and personal items but everything else was provided. Beds are comfy and inviting, Living room was cozy and kitchen was stocked. We definitely plan to use this place again in the future!

This home was absolutely beautiful and perfectly furnished and decorated! The photos on the listing just don't do it justice! The rooms are generous in size and all the common spaces the are light and airy. The kitchen was fully equipped with more things than we could ever need. Upon our rival, we had a question and Marissa was quick to respond and she checked in on us thru out our stay. What a beautiful jewel on the forgotten coast!

Great location, private boardwalk to the beach, loved it! We had a great time with the family. Pool was heated as requested. Easy drive into downtown Port St. Joe, area is still recovering and rebuilding from hurricane Michael, so not so touristy. We enjoyed the local shopping & dining, especially having access to a fish market, we were able to grill and enjoy at the house. Had a chance to go paddle boarding and kayaking on the bay, this was great to get out for the day. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We had couple of issues with getting hot water, but Marissa was quick and responsive in resolving the issue. As a new construction they were ironing out some kinks. However, Great last minute find. We will return.

Gorgeous new home! The decor is spectacular & it is spacious & well distributed for multiple families, offering each room its own private bath. The bunk room is adorable & a great feature for those traveling with teens/kids. Beds, pillows & linens where all very comfortable & of great quality. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything you might need to prepare a meal during your stay. The home provides Molton Brown toiletries which are phenomenal (they smell great). The beach is just a few feet away from the home, & the views from the deck and balcony are stunning! Very few minor caveats: The pool is a lovely feature to enjoy, however the host will not heat past 90 degrees which can be less than helpful in colder/windy days. The elevator is a convenient feature, but is sensitive, so be sure to properly follow your hosts instructions for its use. Also, only 4 beach chairs. The cape is beautiful- but quite. Not much to do in the area, so plan to RELAX and enjoy this lovely home.
