I recommend staying here. Ben and Cindy are wonderful hosts. The apartment is beautiful and located in a safe, walkable neighborhood with easy access to main roads. My favorite things include the proximity to the W&OD trail, the restaurants/grocery stores nearby, and the koi pond in the backyard.

This apartment was great and just what we needed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen tidy and had every utensil we needed, and the shower was good too. The back yard and Koi pond was so relaxing listening to the water running and all surrounding yards were lush and beautiful too. Great place to relax on the deck, eat outside and just chill. We had a 4 year old visit one day and the owner brought us a full box of toys for him to keep busy. The host is a great person and communicates and responds fast. I highly recommend this stay anytime you are in the DC area.

Ben was polite and a good communicator. The place was reasonable for the price. I would have liked to have rated him higher but I believe he misrepresented the washer and dryer amenity. The w/d amenity was a key factor in my determination to rent his place. However, the w/d was located on his personal side of the home. I needed to use them at my convenience, not his. I feel if that amenity was only available during small windows of time, it would have been better to not list it.

As advertised. Clean. Great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to everything. Ben was a good communicator. The koi pond was a lovely touch. I’d stay again!
