The house was absolutely beautiful and amazing. The backyard is indescribable, beautiful landscapes, great Grill for barbecuing and was nice and private. The house itself was clean, meticulously decorated, spacious and very clean. Just steps away from 2nd Street and very close to the beach as well. Kelly was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place and we will be back next year hopefully.

First, this is the sweetest home on a perfect street in Belmont. This is a great area and the house is close to everything, while also having extreme attention paid to security. The home is spotless and upgraded just enough to be modern without losing its lovely charm. It’s seriously perfect! Excellent for families with littles, as it’s single level and Kelly has thought of it all - high chair, pack n play, and a stroller with a TV that has Disney, PBS Kids, and Nick Jr. I loved the adjoining room as it meant my husband and I could sleep “with” the kids in our room while also having our own space and the back and front areas are STUNNING. It’s clear how much pride Kelly has for her house; the flowers are well cared for and the grounds are meticulous. She’s also the best host - extremely responsive, super helpful and kind, and overall just a kind person who understands life with kids. We will definitely be back!

Kelly is great at preparing your for arrival and departure. The location can not be beat, just steps from restaurants and shopping on 2nd street. The location was convenient and surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Great private outdoor spaces.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kelly as a host or the property itself. Kelly was extremely proactive and responsive, and we felt very taken care of the entire visit. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was so well appointed and comfortable inside, and the patio - with the twinkly lights and beautiful plants - was lush and lovely. My only complaint is that we didn't get to enjoy it as much as we wanted to because of the season, but that just means we will have to return during a warmer month. The house is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach and is easy driving distance to anywhere you would want to go in Long Beach. Can't recommend it enough!
