We have stayed there a couple of times. We enjoyed it was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Unit was clean and perfect. Met Sams parents who lives right next door. Seems pretty friendly. Met the caretaker which is my husbands classmate and grew up together. He invited us to the pool which was very relaxing. Met some of the residents and talked stories. Very nice and quiet. Will be looking forward to visiting again.

Sam’s place is perfect, the kitchen has all of the supplies you could need and the living space was very cozy and clean. This is a beautiful place on such a lovely part of the island that I would recommend

What a GREAT place. Very comfortable, neat and clean!! the view and setting is SPECTACULAR. Lots of area for morning and evening walks. And a short walk to the Black Sand Beach and Turtles. Nice ocean breezes and ocean view, you can hear it from the lanai, living room and bedroom. SO relaxing and Sam is VERY responsive with any questions. Well ABSOLUTELY book again!!!

Wonderful condo with all the amenities you could possibly want. Beautiful view from the patio that has a lounge to sunbathe in the daytime. The grounds are kept pristine and all the staff are cheerful and very friendly. The pool and hot tub are awesome! Black sand beach is only a hop and a skip away to see the turtles. Trails behind the condo to the ocean we’re my favorite.
