This unit was the perfect place for getting away from the city crowds and relaxing. They had everything we needed for a great vacation and more. I would stay here again.

The only regret was not booking this place for a longer stay. Fully stocked, clean, and comfortable spot. The views all around are amazing, lots of walking trails that lead to the beach and nice scenic ocean views. The stargazing during night strolls was incredible. Black Sand beach within about a 10 minute walking distance. Easy entry and so many little and big conveniences within the home. Volcanos National Park and Papakolea were very close as well. Not many restaurant or shopping options as mentioned in the listing but just stop at the market and make some nice home cooked meals in the fully stocked kitchen or bbq by the pool. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Chris's condo is a cozy hideaway off the beaten path. Great floor plan for our family of 3 - spacious bathroom, well appointed kitchen, quiet, peaceful, and welcoming. The remote location offered the nature we were looking for. Plenty of birds (nenes even!) and geckos around the condo area, and a very short walk to Punalu'u Black Sand Beaches where fish and green sea turtles could be seen daily. Chris had loaner beach and pool items like towels, chairs, coolers, and beach toys available as well. We were very happy with our choice to skip the hubbub of Kona and relax for the week at Chris's condo!

Wonderful!!! Amazing place to use as a home base to explore volcano national park, coffee farms, not too far from Hilo and the pool and amenities were excellent not to mention just a short walk from the black sand beach!! Couldn’t recommend more highly!!!
