The place was full of attention to detail with well stocked kitchen. The common area was very nice to hang out in. We always found parking out front. The location was great for the event we were attending.

Great location and a comfortable space. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony before heading out to dinner. Walkable to Forsyth Park, the city squares, Starland and the river district. Very good recommendations from the hosts. I strongly recommend!

Mark's place is lovely. The location is great, we walked to get groceries, to get coffee and to the river. The bed is very comfortable, which is one of the most important features of a rental for me. The unit is in the middle of the block in all directions, which makes it very quiet.

What a lovely carriage house and beautiful garden / patio, and what a treat it was to sit outside every morning with our coffee, looking at the flowers and listening to the little fountain. And Bob the cat was a sweet companion on the patio. Mark was great and very responsive. We really appreciated his list of recommendations of restaurants and places to see. We ate at many of the restaurants on his list, and all were outstanding. It was our first time in Savannah and we would definitely like to return- and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Marks place again.

The perfect stay. Beautiful place with peaceful surroundings. On the quiet side of downtown, but close enough to walk to the attractions.
