Great Hostess. Friendly, very helpful and quickly responsive. Fabulous lower portion home supplies all your needs, including beach towels, chairs and coolers which is very useful for your outings and the beaches. Comfortable chairs on the porch to catch a good breeze and watch the wildlife. Kitchen well supplied with a wide variety of items for cooking and grilling. Nice grill on porch. Washer and dryer included. Out of town but easy access. Good location to main roads to access island. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.

Jessica's place was great and sufficient for all of our needs! very close to cruz Bay which is definitely a plus! Jessica was very responsive and her directions to and about the airbnb were spot on! I'd highly recommend booking with Jessica

This apartment was perfect in every way for our group of two adults and two 13-year-olds. Clean as a whistle, room to spread out, awesome kitchen with every tool we needed to cook in and save a lot of money. Our hosts had many beach items like coolers, sun shades, etc. that made our daily beach trips so easy. Jessica was very quick to respond and answered our many questions. HIGHLY recommend for budget travelers!

We had a great time staying at Jessica’s place. She was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Her place was perfect for our active family and was a great home base to be able to get out and explore all parts of St. John. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. She had beach towels and chairs, a sun shade, sand toys, plenty of snorkeling gear for us to use. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay here again when we make another trip back to the island.
