Had and amazing stay! On arrival we were received by the lovely Caroline, who told us everything that we needed to know. Lane End cabin is very clean and it is very comfortable, with lots of space for a couple and a dog. Very well equipped with pans, pots, plates and cutlery. Everything you need is there! We even found an air frier! We also found everything we needed not to go out on the first day, if we wanted to eat there. We had bread, bacon, local eggs, jam, butter and coffee/tea and milk. The garden is amazing and very well looked after. They have some apple trees and we were welcome to have some, which we did! Delicious!! Our dog was very happy to run around on the lawn, she loved it. Of course we kept her out of the plants areas and made sure we picked everything that she might have left. Because it was so hot, we didn't need the heater but I am sure it would have been great for the space. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft and plump. The shower was powerful an

Fantastic weekend spent at Caroline’s place for a friends nearby wedding. Lovely extra bits in the fridge / cupboards on arrival, very comfy bed and beautiful surrounding garden.

We loved staying at Caroline's lodge. It was homely, private and peaceful in gorgeous surroundings and very close to where we needed to be for the weekend. Caroline's lodge already has everything you would want and need for an independent stay, but she also added some very welcome provisions which added perfectly to our stay. So thank you for everything Caroline, you have provided the perfect home from home. If you want a peaceful escape in Devon or need to be in this part of the world then look no further.
