Andrew and Anne were very welcoming. Always responded to messages sent quickly and were always helpful. As a disabled lady travelling on my own, Andrew and Anne were careful to check in on me if they realised I hadn't been out in a couple of days, helped with getting essentials from the shops, and appeared to be genuinely interested in all I had to say.. The studio was very comfortable with everything you need for a long or short story stay. Local supermarkets and take outs deliver without problem, but there is a well appointed Co-op, village pubs, take outs and local stores all within a 20 min stroll. The nearest junction for the motorway ( M1) is less than 10 min drive away. Could it be better... everyone has slightly different opinions on what is good ànd what isn't. I've never stayed anywhere that wouldn't be improved by making this wee change or that, but that's for me. I would be very happy to stay again I highly recommended the Studio. This is my second stay at Andrew's place, and this time I brought my husband along, too. He soon saw that I had not oversold it and thought it was fantastic, too! We were in the area to visit friends and family over the festive season. The flat is well appointed and peaceful but just a quick walk down into the village and all it has to offer, not least fantastic pubs. Good train links to all the surrounding towns that we needed for catching up with loved ones. Top notch!

Very nice flat, very comfortable bedding, all appliances are available and work well, The flat is a separate space. The property is located on the edge of a quiet and peaceful town, with great transport links, a bus stop is not far away and the train station a ten minute walk away. Restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers and convenience stores can all be reached within a 20 minute walk. I stayed here for two months and had a great experience in every way, both in terms of access to high speed wifi for office work and the hospitality of the landlords, Anne and Andrew. Anne had thoughtfully put cookies, jam and yoghurt in the fridge before I checked in. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and will book it again!

Stayed for a few months while we relocated to the area and waited for a new build. Perfect accommodation for 2 and situated in a lovely peaceful location but also very close to the town centre which was ideal. Andrew and Anne were so accommodating. Would highly recommend!
