两人在这里度过了伯克利的秋季学期，谢谢！此房源是一栋独栋别墅的客用套房，入口在房子右侧。主门是留给楼上的主房房客的，他们养了两条狗，平时遇见陌生人容易叫唤，但是平时还是很乖的。 房东互动： 由于楼上住了4-5人，再加上我们，门口的垃圾桶有些不够用，但是2周后房东为我们换上了新的大垃圾桶，解决了我们的问题。刚入住还不熟悉房子的使用，电联过房东，但是很遗憾没能收到及时接听，不过后来在app里回复我们了。包括后面有一次门锁疑似没电，房东没有及时回复但在几天后寄了一大堆电池来（但没有告知我们）。我们可能更希望房东和经理人能够更及时、热情地回复我们。全程没有与他们见面过，很少受打扰，平常靠app聊天联系。 设施： 一开始半夜房屋外的水管会喷水，但是后来楼上的住户把信箱拿去挡住就好了。（这个我们的信箱不知为何感觉里面脏得很久了，有许多生物，因此弃用） 房内设施齐全，虽然有的有些老旧（我们理解，这是个有历史的小镇），但是够用。 隔音不是很好，经常能听见来自楼上的说话的声音。当然，我们说话的声音也可能被听到。 卫生： 部分家具依然有灰尘，需要自己做卫生。希望房源入住前清洁能更仔细一些。 卫生间有时候有蚂蚁、蜘蛛。 位置： 门口正对着一个公园，下午和周末经常有腹肌的居民来打球、野餐、派对，有时候声音会有点大（如果你在大厅里需要学习的话）。但是大多数时候，他们构成了美丽的风景。 街拐角是黑人艺术创作中心？他们经常会组织聚会和派对。 整体来说还是非常便利的。出门走几步就是公交车站，F车很舒适。还有Bart和Bart旁边另一条街的公交站。能去任何你想去的地方！ 离Berkeley Bowl大约15分钟走路的路程。它是一个可爱、应有尽有的大超市。 如果您担心此房源的安全，那么我们可以高兴地告诉你，它位于一个非常宁静、安全的居民街区。家门口会有可爱的松鼠，附近还有一些猫。 独特亮点： 室内有独立的洗衣机和烘干机。特别喜欢。对我们很重要！ 带家具的民宿对于短租很便利，退房时不需要烦恼家具的处置问题。 实用小贴士： 如果你是外送、快递的重度用户，请在地址栏第二行加上“Unit B”，并在派送提示中详细注明如何到达家门口，因为这里的快递员70%不能正确地找到该送达的地方，以至于我们需要联合楼上的住户一起写标语指示。（如有打扰到主屋住户的情况，我们表示十分抱歉。但他们都是非常友善的人们）

We had a very comfortable stay at this place! We loved that it is so close to the bus stop and BART, which made it very convenient to go around. The place itself was well maintained and just about the right size for two people to stay. The hosts were extremely responsive to our requests and fixed any issues spontaneously. The price for our length of stay felt a bit on the higher side, but perhaps this is just the economics of the area. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay and visit Berkeley.

Conor and Kimberly was very nice. I appreciate the hospitality they have shown. Please be aware of annoying noise and a sticked out structure of the bed. Left side of the bed structure was popped out. I got a hurt from that. Please be careful. Never take an infant to this place. The baby will never get to sleep with the noisy bed.

Overall, we enjoyed our three month stay at this AirBnB. One thing to note is that the apartment is right next to a park, which can be a bit noisy at times. Given that, and the fact that there are large glass doors looking into the park, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone with a reactive dog, as they will bark at the constant visual and auditory stimulation from the park (this is especially important to consider as one has to keep the window open in the AirBnB to keep the place cool). However, since the AirBnB is offset from the street with a long driveway, there is no street noise--so there is a give and take! We also really liked that we could park our car in a safe driveway off of the street. Our biggest grievance was that the W/D is very small and does not dry, it simply makes the wet clothes very hot. Since the W/D is a combo, ventless machine, this is not something that is fixable, but the owners plan on removing the dryer from the listing. Because of this, one has to hang dry all of their clothes, which is very tedious and takes a long time (since there is no A/C). Additionally, the drum of the washer is too small to adequately wash the comforter that is provided. One other thing to note is that there seems to be an ongoing mold issue in the bathroom, but the hosts immediately brought in a professional to take a care of it. With all of that said, we did appreciate our time here and would recommend it to others, while keeping some of these factors in mind.
