Vincent's apartment is in the best location in Rotterdam. I had a perfect 6 week stay and will be returning.

This apartment is in a super central yet very quiet location since it is on an "island", making it ideal for those who want to get around easily but also have a place to escape from the city noises. The apartment itself is fairly clean, but I would not call it spotless or clutter-free for those who prefer a higher standard of cleanliness. Some basic amenities were missing and although Vincent offered to buy them, it was easier just to get it ourselves. We also had some issues with worn down kitchen cookware and Vincent came around the next day to replace the whole set with new ones. It would have been nice if they were replaced prior to our stay, but at least he was very responsive and proactive to try to make our stay better. Overall despite some small issues, it was a great place to call home for a month in one of the best cities in Netherlands.

Vincent lived (surpassed ) our expectations of being super host. We stayed in his appartment for 2 months and he was super helpful and responsive with all our needs. As a person, he is super kind , thoughtful and very very considerate. I can definitely and highly recommend Vincent and his property! I am sure you will only be amazed!!!!

Vincent responded quickly and was very kind and welcomed us. He guided us to major tourist attractions. And his house is perfect. There was everything that was needed. The view of the house is excellent. It is very close to Rotterdam Blaak Station. It is right in front of the market hall. There are various shopping, food, and attractions around the house. I will choose this house if I have a chance next time.
