Alex and Shelby are wonderful hosts. The space was perfect. Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an incredible park within walking distance. They were very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend.

The hosts were really responsive and friendly. The place was a little tired but perfectly nice. Excellent shower. There's a bus from a few steps away right into the centre of DC, plus its just a short walk into Rock Creek Park. Could have done with some more basic utensils like knife, fork etc. The main con was that although the listing does mention that some noise will filter down from the family living above, we don't think that description does justice at all to the amount and volume of that noise. If you want to sleep beyond 7am, or are generally looking for a more peaceful experience, you'd be better off elsewhere. But if you're an early riser who will be out and about most of the day, this is a perfectly nice place to stay for a few days.

Alex & Shelby were incredible and accommodating! We arrived earlier than expected and let them know; no early check in but they did allow us to drop off our bags to be put in the room when it was ready. This was suuuper helpful so that we didn’t have to lug them around all morning!

It was such a lovely stay! The hosts were so kind and I felt that we were in a safe area. Since the Air B&B was a 30 min walk from the closest metro station we did decide to Uber every day to the city; however the price for our stay was reasonable and I would most definitely stay here again!
