I absolutely loved this Airbnb. Kathy was such a thoughtful, lovely host. From the welcome fruit, wine and drinks, to the free laundry service, maid service, suggestions on where to go on the island, she went above and beyond as a host. I really enjoyed talking with her upon my arrival. The location of this Airbnb is perfectly situated between Mullet Bay (beautiful beach) and Cupecoy Beach. I love the laid-back vibe of Cupecoy, and this was such a beautiful part of the island to stay at. The organic grocery store was so convenient. This location is perfect for accessing beaches and activities on the French side or exploring the Dutch side. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to St. Maarten. Book this place now. It is a beautiful apartment, private, quiet, and so convenient to all that St. Maarten has to offer.

Kathy is just as amazing, if not more than what people have said in the comments, she really made the trip that much better! She was able to accommodate us very last minute and was very helpful in getting us settled in. The place itself is very cozy, hidden out of site and private with very nice nature outside. Very close walk to the beach to a "private" area which was very nice Overall we very much enjoyed the trip and are very thankful for Kathy's warm and helpful hosting, we would highly recommend anybody that is looking for a peaceful stay close by to many of the ameneties you require, thank you again Kathy!!

Kathy’s place was perfect for our trip to Saint Martin. The house has everything you could need and more. She was kind and made herself available for anything we would need. Location is walkable to two beautiful beaches.

Al jaren komen wij op het eiland Sint Maarten en verbleven altijd in een privé huis. Dit keer zijn we gaan zoeken op Airbnb en zo kwamen we terecht bij het appartement van Kathy. Een prachtig & bijzonder smaakvol ingericht appartement met veel Aziatische accenten en grenzend aan een rustige tuin. De locatie dicht nabij Maho en de beroemde landingsbaan, verraden totaal niet hoe ongelofelijk rustig het appartement gesitueerd is. Ook de mogelijkheid tot een hapje & drankje thuis in de tuin worden vergemakkelijkt door een heerlijke keuken met gezellige eetbar. Wij hebben genoten met een hoofdletter G.

Kathy's place was the best! The space was clean and had everything we needed. The best part was the location and Kathy as a host! Kathy was helpful and always a text away! She was also generous and thoughtful. Mullet Bay beach is a 5 minute walk down to the water. The restaurants and chairs for rent are about a 5 minute walk down the beach. Mullet Bay beach was the best beach we have ever been to. The water was pristine. The sand was soft. No shells. It was calm and good for floating and swimming. There are occasional boats that comes in with people but there are plently of places to swim away from any crowd.
