Gloria’s condo was spectacular! We were greeted by Gloria and she was so excited to have us! The condo is even nicer in person! The condo itself was clean, very comfortable beds, spacious and filled with many useful things. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds and couches are very clean and comfortable. We traveled with three babies. There were toys, pack and plays, children’s dishes/ drink ware all the rooms have new blackout curtains. Gloria quickly responded. She was very helpful with providing a cooler and other request. The grounds are beautiful! We spent majority of our time at the beach and pool closest to the beach. There are free, first come first serve chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We never had a problem getting chairs. The food at the pool was AMAZING! Wonderful service!! The staff was so attentive and friendly. 100 percent will be coming back!

Great place to stay. We stayed with our two kids (7 and 9). They loved the pool and beach access. Gloria has rectified some of the earlier issues. There are now black out curtains in the bed rooms and two key fobs so that people can get in and out more easily. One thing that people should be aware of is the building is on the far side of the property from the beach. It takes 5-10 min to walk there. Far from a deal breaker but it’s something to be aware of if you have kids or older people.

The condo is in a great location on key biscayne, which is generally a pretty convenient place to get to most noteworthy things in Miami. Very safe, can walk over to a Starbucks and some good food cafes right across the street For a condo I found it spacious, and it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable (the mattresses the quality you would have in your own home). The only thing that can be a little inconvenient, but not a deal breaker is that there is only one fob to get in and out of the main lobby, which if you have two seperate cars/couples can take some planning if not on the same coming and going schedule.

The location was great and the access to the multiple private pools and beach on premise was A+. Having a covered parking spot right near the elevator was super convenient, especially on rainy days and with kids. Communication with Gloria was also very easy. We were able to check in a few hours early. View from the balcony was fantastic. The only suggestions I’d offer is the place could use a refresh and some updating (I.e new paint job (some paint in bathroom and kitchen ceiling was chipping) new blinds to keep sunlight out and some of the appliances were older. When we turned on the dryer the smoke alarm would go off and the freezer would leak water when opened. Besides that, this is a great location, walkable to parks, beach, pools and restaurants.

This place is lovely for a family vacation. It’s walking distance to all you need: groceries, playgrounds, beach, restaurants. Gloria is responsive, friendly, and will make sure you have a wonderful stay. Definitely would book this place again for a family friendly vacation in South Florida.
