Catherine is an amazing host. Her property was just as advertised and was very well priced for the group that we had. She is highly communicative and was honest and forthcoming about price changes when we had to change our reservation size. Without my asking she took the initiative to reach out and make sure that our travel plans aligned with our check in and check out times and offered some flexibility, as well as asked our interested and provided recommendations from the area. Check in and check out instructions were clear, concise and very easy to follow. Our stay was worry free and I absolutely recommend the house to anyone looking to spend some time in Meredith, NH.

My father and I absolutely loved our stay here. Meredith is a beautiful town. Catherine is responsive and a great resource for local restaurants, stores and leisure activities.

We got lucky and found this place on a weekend and she was very helpful when she found out I booked last minute. Check-in was a breeze and she was always right there on the other end of a message if you needed her. if you can book this place do it it's well worth the money the mix of old and new is amazing and there was plenty of everything she said there would be and a little extra lots of room to spread out. It was an amazing place I hope it's always going to be an amazing place for years to come before they retire.
