The unit was much in need of maintenance or total renovation. Floor tiles chipped , kitchen cabinets dated and worn out barely opening. The bathroom extremely dated . The patio door didn’t completely close. The pictures posted of a lovely view of the ocean from an upper floor. and stated as the actual view from the balcony.. Our unit was on 2nd floor looking at a solid half wall balcony. No view what so ever. The cleaning staff was efficient and did a good job. Monica was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and addressed our concerns.

Nice unit in historic building on Singer Island! Palm Beach Shores Resort has a large pool with a tiki bar or you can soak up the sun on the beautiful beach! There are restaurants nearby & activities within walking distance, however lots of other fun is just a short drive away.

Fantastic Resort! Private access to the glorious beach. A slice of paradise & great amenities. Great pool & tropical feel with a Tiki bar too. Great location. Monica responded quickly & was great to book with : )
