Location is great … Beautiful grounds Check if pool and cenote are functioning before booking .
Our multigenerational family, including three kids and two grandparents, had a wonderful stay at Yael and Marcos's place. The description and reviews were very accurate. The condo is in an ideal location and really lovely, private setting. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, including the short walk to the beach or to town. When we needed a taxi to get around, it was also a short walk to the taxi stand. We loved having the beach towels and umbrella available to use, and the convenience of having a great kitchen for cooking our own meals. We were even able to have groceries delivered from Walmart. The beds and couches were very comfy and having the pool right there was amazing. We had great communication from the hosts ahead of time and Esperanza was excellent with responding to us during our stay. Playa del Carmen the surrounding area are incredible! We highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.
Great condo! Right on the bottom floor next to the pool and cenote. Sadly, cenote was closed for the maintenance so we didn’t get to enjoy it but other than that it was great! It was our third trip to Playa del Carmen, and second stay in the condo. If you are traveling with a group or a family with kids, this is a great choice.
Felt very safe with so much to do right outside our door! Fantastic hosts, and Esperanza and Alex were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful basket of fruit & beer! Our anniversary was so fun, thank you thank you thank you!!!
Our stay at Yael and Marco’s place was perfect for our family. We travelled with our 2 yr old and 2 month old and their place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the short walks to the private beach, and using the shaded pool with our toddler. Esperanza, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From providing us with fresh fruit, to receiving our groceries, and helping us coordinate our ride back to the airport, she was always a text away. We’ll definitely stay here next time we visit!

We have three kids and love to travel, watch movies, read and exercise. About our place: When we visited Playa del Carmen for the first time 20 years ago, we were stunned by its magic and uniqueness. The white sand beach, the jungle environment, the food and music scene and the overall energy grabbed our heartstrings. After our amazing experience, we decided to build a special place devoted to connection, love and relaxation. That's the story behind M.A.R. H2O, the small, exclusive apartment complex where our condo is located.
