Stayed here for my wedding with our bridal party and groomsmen. Anybody that is getting married near Warrenton should stay at Sue’s place. Beautiful property on the inside and the backyard was breathtaking. Sue was super responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. We could not have asked for a better experience!

The House was perfect for our needs. We were able to sleep more than a dozen people easily and the kitchen table sat 14 so that we could all eat together at the same time. The backyard was spacious and had great amenities.

The owners controlled the heat, which was odd. Some rooms were freezing and some too hot. This is a 5 bedroom house, which I didn't understand from the write up but we made it work. 2 rooms have 2 beds in them. It was great to have the 4 bathrooms for a large group. They had a control on the TV, so you needed a code. We loved that we could all sit down and eat together. If you want to use the firepit, bring wood because they charge for wood, which they didn't mention. They also had several packages delivered while we were there, which I found annoying. Yard was very beautiful and great for a large group. This house worked well for us but I felt there was several things they didn't mention to us.

We had an excellent stay at the Cape Cod house and all our guest also loved the place. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a great night around the fire on the back patio, enjoyed a lovely meal at the big dining room table, and never felt cramped with 8 guests staying over and 15 total visiting during the day. It was a perfect place for our family get-together.
