Monique's place was as advertised, cozy and spacious with a great view of the mountain range. Communication with Monique was a breeze, she's always willing to help, and her family are good people. The property's pretty big with lots of room to roam and relax. The place is close to the railroad track so every now and then you'll hear the train passing by but not by any means disruptive. The place is tucked away in the valley with a 12 - 14min drive to downtown Ponderay and Sandpoint, respectively. Everything you need is within proximity, however, you'll need a car to get around. I would recommend Monique's place to anyone who's visiting Sandpoint and wants somewhere that's calm and relaxing.

Monique was great! The house was great and our room was clean. The bed was super comfy and the house was in close proximity to sandpoint. A great value for the price!

Even better than advertised and the location is great. Love the breakfast, most of which was right out of the garden. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Our stay was excellent and the hostess was great! Very kind, welcoming and accommodating. The farm was wonderful and peaceful, except for the trains, but our week there was extremely relaxing. We really enjoyed the animals, people and the fresh produce that went into our yummy breakfast each morning. Monique was very helpful in getting us acquainted with the area.
