Large property with great views and ultimate privacy. Be aware it's not a large single dwelling though, but rather 3 separate apartments which really wasn't clear from the listing. As a result, the largest of the 3 kitchens is still very small and there isn't a large enough relaxing space for everyone other than outdoors. We did enjoy our stay though once we accepted this and we must commend Markus and Lisa for all their hard work on helping us with all our hiccups, particularly when one of our group left their passport behind. Thank you!

Bastianaccio ist eine wundervolle alte Villa in den Wäldern der Toskana, ca. 35 Minuten vom schönen Meer mit Sandstrand entfernt. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr idyllisch und äußerst ruhig, perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub abseits von Tourismus. Bei der letzten Abzweigung führt jedoch eine recht holperige und teilweise steile Schotterstraße durch den Wald zum Haus. Die Lage des Hauses und der herrliche Blick aufs Meer, die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge sowie Sonnenaufgänge lassen dies jedoch vergessen. Wir haben mit elf Erwachsenen, zwei Kindern und einem Baby für eine Woche das komplette Haus gemietet und hatten somit den tollen Pool und das komplette Anwesen für uns alleine. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war für uns mehr als ausreichend, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, alles vorhanden. Wir wurden herzlich von Lisa empfangen, der „Poolboy“ war sehr freundlich und auch der Kontakt zu Elena im Vorfeld war spitze. Unsere Fragen wurden immer prompt beantwortet und das Infomaterial war äußerst umfassend. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub und wir können sowohl das tolle Haus inklusive riesigem Anwesen, sowie den perfekten Service jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Ein kleines Paradies zum wohlfühlen!

We rented the whole place with 11 adults and 2 small children - It was fabulous for us, a bit isolated for our privacy, a great host, and jet not too far away from the beach or the nice small towns. It was a perfect holiday

We spent a beautiful week in the villa. The state and equipment of the property slightly overcomes its description. The pool was in very good condition. The house is built from stone so we didn't lack airconditioning - it was not needed even it was more then 30 degrees during a day. I recommend the property!
