Casa verde is located on the first floor of the stone farmhouse, dating back to the late 1700s and completely restored in 2010: it has an independent entrance, 2 bright bedrooms each of which has its own private bathroom, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a large terrace. At guests' disposal outdoor parking next to the house, large green areas and a swimming pool with salt water, a method of disinfection more respectful of our health and nature. We hope to welcome you soon! WI-FI free. Stay in this beautiful farmhouse equipped with every amenity and designed in harmony with the surrounding hills! Our house has two rooms, feature a beautiful comfy bed each with a private bathroom , a living room, a kitchen, and a panoramic terrace. A peaceful place, where you can chill out in nature. The house is nestled in a beautiful Marche's hills 500 mt on the see level, that gives our guests plenty to do: whether you want to go biking, hiking, or trekking, mountain Catria, mountain Cucco, mountain Nerone, offer the most spectacular trails for all taste and level of difficulty. The area offers plenty of experiences, if you like historical villages, cultural and gastronomic tours, medieval town or shopping, it is all one quick drive away from the house.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) waren zwei Tage im Haus von Alessia und Roberto und wären auch sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist total liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Roberto und Alessia haben uns herzlich begrüßt und waren immer ansprechbar. Der Pool im sehr großen Garten ist der Hammer, einfach komplett kristallklares Wasser. Und die Lage ist absolut ruhig, wir konnten sehr gut entspannen.
Staying at Ca Paravento is like an Italian country paradise. The stone farmhouse is set high on a hill catching cooling breezes in summer and relaxing by the pool amongst apple and plum trees is spectacularly calming.. The accommodation decor is packed with vintage market finds completing the rustic but still modern and comfortable style of the property. Roberto and Alessia are passionate about helping their guests enjoy themselves and their stay in the beautiful Le March region.
My stay at Roberto’s and Alessia’s has been amazing. They are the kindest people you will ever meet. They gave us good tips about day trips, restaurants and places to go for a swim. Every tip was absolutely amazing! The apparent is clean, cosy and so well decorated. Me and my family agreed that this was the best Airbnb you could wish for. I recommend this place to anyone who plans on going to Italy.

This is an outstanding place to stay. We cannot praise Roberto and Alessia enough for what they have created at Ca’Paravento. It is even better than the photos. The property is truly beautiful in a lovely location, between Cagli and Gubbio. Very peaceful. The accommodation was very comfortable, beautifully presented, and well-equipped. Roberto and Alessia were incredible hosts—friendly and welcoming, thoughtful and full of good suggestions for places to eat and visit. The pool was wonderful, perfect for relaxing by. Highly recommend.

We are located in the hamlet of the municipality of Cantiano with the evocative name “Tranquillo”, right on the border between Umbria and the Marches; to reach Casa Verde, you will have to take our little private road ( which is going up for 200mt al little bit narrow but well paved , first gear all the way , alternate direction controlled by a small traffic light ) .
We are in the Umbrian-Marche Apennines in an area incredibly rich in biodiversity: many flowers, butterflies, spontaneous aromatic and medicinal plants and the mixed wood of Roverella, Cerro, Ornello, Acero, Carpino Faggio etc. You will also be able to meet many wild animals (dormice, squirrels, roe deer, foxes, porcupines, badgers, etc.). In the evening it is always cool even in the middle of summer! What we like is the tranquility, the greenery that embraces us and at the same time the accessibility to every service: we are just a few minutes from nature trails (hiking, cycling, trekking), clear and limpid waters of the river in which to dive, natural parks , cities of art, outlets to do some shopping and excellent restaurants and trattorias hidden in enchanted villages nearby …
You need a car....We are in the heart of Italy and it is impossible to list all the wonders of these lands ; history and nature blend to become one and the same !
Urbino still preserves the atmosphere of the Ideal Italian Renaissance town set in the territory of Montefeltro, an area rich in castles and ruins standing on impervious crags , sanctuaries and churches .
Gubbio, Umbertide, Arezzo, Città di Castello, Assisi, Perugia, Fano, Pesaro, these are just some of the destinations to reach starting from here and the most distant from us is less than an hour! When you'll be here, we will suggest small villages and old places partly unknown that will remain in your heart.
