Since we were traveling with an infant, we were looking for convenience and functionality and Richard’s place delivered on both! It’s directly across the street from mega mall which meant we could go out to eat and shop without fighting through the traffic and heat. And the apartment had everything we needed. Richard was a very friendly and responsive host! Would stay again :)

The place matched the pictures. Location was perfect, right in front of SM megamall building A and behind Podium. Wifi was a bit unstable at times especially in the bedroom, but can be solved by manually specifying DNS. Electric/induction cooker was not working, had to buy an electric stove which was fairly easy due to the mall being across the street. Host reimbursed me for the cost and sent a replacement the next morning (For the hair dryer as well which wasn't working properly). Overall, a nice place and welcoming host.

The place is very conveniently situated in a popular area. It is accessible to Mega Mall, Podium, and Robinson Mall. There is a laundry place available.

Second time to stay in Richard’s place, and is looking forward to coming back again! Great space, clean, have all the kitchen amenities which are really useful for a long stay accomodation, with parking and most especially accessible to SM megamall whick makes a lot of difference. Richard is very friendly, responsice and proactive host. We definitely enjoyed our month-long stay!
