It's a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed, a 58" smart tv, a sound bar, a subwoofer, an air purifier, a sofa-bed, and a cabinet. Outside the bed room is dining table that can fit two-four people and a full kitchen good for cooking small meals. We always host with a wide range of equipments; even the uncommon ones such as Hair Dryer, Portable Clothes Dryer, Clothes Steamer, Hangers, Air Fragrances, Can Openers, Bottle Openers, Egg Beaters, Rice Cookers, Microwave, Pans, Caseroles, Wine Glass, Pitcher, Hand Liquid Soap, Body Wash Soap, Shampoo, Dish Washing Detergent, Bidet, Hot Shower, Tissue Papers.

Great location and space! I love how convenient this place is. Only issue we had was the smell from the kitchen sink. But we came in aware that there might be a smell from the other reviews. However, we didn’t spend too much time in the kitchen so it was fine. Overall, this is a perfect cozy space in the middle of BGC. Best part was that it was within 5 minutes of two malls (one being right across the street).
Alvin and his staff were extremely responsive and helpful to any questions we had during our stay. Definitely will be recommending this unit and location for stays in the future!
Second time around I've stayed in one of Alvin's listings. Can't fault it, the place felt like it was my home. Alvin does a great job setting up the place and keeping things clean and functional. Location is the best you'll get in Uptown BGC. Once again, I highly recommend.
If I could put more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I booked this beautiful place for 1 night and it didn’t disappoint. The place is what it looks like in the picture. The view from the room is the best! It’s literally just a minute walk to everything. The only thing that is hard is the parking, usually the parking near the place is full. But nevertheless, there is still a lot of parking but probably on the expensive side. Alvin and team is always responsive with every queries. You couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely be back! Thank you again team!

Parking:
The go to parking area is at the parking area of Nikkei. Its a pay parking of P50 for the first three hours and 20PHP every hour after three hours. The parking is usually has ample of vacancies.
The entrance of the parking area of Nikkei is on the 8th Avenue, just right after turning right from the 36th Street. You will see a small signage that says Nikkei Parking.
Another parking option is in Uptown Mall. Both parking area are 24 hours open.
