This is a great place to stay, very clean and have a lot a space we are happy all the time and he responds very quickly if have something . I recommend this place

Bubbled ceiling from previous water leaks in the living room. Poorly repaired Drywall rough Edges not painted or repaired in the kitchen. Clothing & Bedding all over the master closet floor. Odd smells and weird lighting. Feels Like a DIY House. We have pics to support. No window coverings on many windows and his sister lives close by. Can not Drink water out of the tap because the property is on a well. They left two cars at the property, one in the garage. This is obviously their primary residence with ALL their stuff. No cable TV and the lighting is very unusual. The host was quick to communicate. Message from Host "If you or your golf buddies take anything out of my home i will come to your home and take it back." Seriously, we were in the house for about an hour before we left. Sister met us there and briefly gave a description. The property was Difficult to find on a dirt road. GPS does not take you to the property. This is Not a vacation rental, this is a primary residence that still has ALL personal items inside, the Fridge was full. The Home is in need of repair and updates for the price. It WAS marketed as FREE CANCELLATION BUT they still kept nearly $1,000 even after canceling shortly after arrival. Dirt Road, hard to find, GPS did not work, cannot drink tap water. Once the reservation was made several messages were sent to REclarify what the property was..... That clarification should be in the original description before the reservation is made.

Liked the location to Sand Hollow. The owners were great to communicate.
