Pasquale fue muy amable con nosotros. La villa es hermosa, tiene muy pocas gradas para acceder a ella y está en un punto increíble en Positano.

This was our first time to Italy and Pasquale made it such a smooth transition for us. He was so kind and welcomed us to Italy from the moment we landed. He was in communication with our driver(s) and connected us with whomever we needed to make our stay perfect. The house was so wonderful. We enjoyed just being there as much as we enjoyed seeing the sights of the coast. It is truly like living in a dream while you are there. The restaurants and owners nearby are great and you have easy access to the local bus that can get you anywhere you need to go in Positano. The house was really amazing...but I have to say that Pasquale made it all accessible and easy for us. Thank you again for everything that you did for us and we hope to see you again soon!

WOW! This villa does not disappoint in any way! Stunningly positioned, tastefully decorated, not a detail left un-curated by the fabulous host Pasquale! (I think Pasquale might be the un-official mayor of Positano, he knows EVERYONE) And what views from every floor! The villa is quiet, safe, peaceful. Sunsets are spectacular. You feel like royalty staying in this villa. The memories created during our stay were uniquely special and remain long-lasting. Communication with Pasquale was always warm, friendly, professional with prompt responses. He even helped with hotel and restaurant recommendation for our next destination! This villa is now my number one in Positano. You will not be disappointed! 5 stars all the way.

The Villa Gaia was wonderful. The view from the balconies of the Mediterranean Sea, the cliffs and islands was beautiful. The Villa is on three levels. Access to each level is via an outside staircase. The upper level has three bedrooms with queen beds and each room has an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom does not have natural light. The rooms, linens, and bathrooms were very clean. The second level has the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. All were clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a half bathroom on this level. The third level is a small garden, outside dining area and a small pool.While the accommodations are very nice the real star is the outside balconies and terrace. The views are beautiful and it is relatively quiet and peaceful. There are other garden pool areas attached to other villas so there was modest noise occasionally during daylight hours but it was very quiet at night. Pasquale, the manager, is friendl, responsive and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking views from above the city along with a relaxing and luxurious villa. Pasquale was a wonderful host - very helpful on all points including some great restaurant recommendations. Easy 10-15 min walk down to city center and beach tho you may want to grab a taxi or bus on the way back - lots of stairs everywhere! Two grocery spots at the top of the street very close by - and don’t forget to grab coffee and doughnuts at Bar Internationale!
