Rick came in unbelievably clutch when our first host cancelled our reservation on the day we arrived into town! He responds quickly, he's kind, and the Cabin was absolute gorgeous!

Our girl group was looking for a quiet and beautiful setting where we could relax and reconnect, cook and talk, and hang out comfortably. Rick's Lodge fit that description perfectly, and we enjoyed the views through the gorgeous window wall as well as outside on the big deck and in the hot tub. We felt very remote and peaceful, and we were less than 20 minutes from Cheney, which had its own attractions too. We were an hour from Couer D'Alene ID which was a great day trip and lots of fun. It was a wonderful trip and most enjoyable stay at the Lodge.

Rick & Tammy’s Lodge was just as described, though the photos didn’t do it justice. Private, beautiful, serene, accommodating, magnificent are just a few worlds to describe this treasure of a place. Only 10-15 minutes from Cheney, once you stock up on personal supplies/amenities, you simply won’t want to leave…each time we did, we couldn’t wait to get back! The mornings were filled with sipping coffee on the beautiful, large front deck watching the distant cows graze and admiring the numerous types of birds doing their thing. Lengthy walks around the property allow you to see the flora and fauna up close and personal. The evenings were spent lounging on the same deck sipping on fine wine with the lights off watching tons of shooting stars and bats while listening to the foxes, coyotes, owls chatter the night away. Rick had just installed a Starlink system and it worked very well for us during our visit. So busy we didn’t get a chance to hop in the clean, sparkling hot tub!

Had a great time at the cabin. Big and spacious to accommodate everyone. Will stay again in the future.
