Hi, I'm Patrick Kell and I'm the owner of Elysia Boutique Resort and Greenlight Cafe & Bar in Fisherman's Village, Koh Samui, Thailand. I'm from NZ, spent half of my life in Japan and have been on Koh Samui for 12 years. I would classify our property as more of a down-to-earth lifestyle resort. We are very chilled. We offer unique activities such as a weekly Friday Night Salsa Party, a monthly chilled Green Market with awesome live music (the last Sunday of each month) where food & probiotic, arts & crafts, jewelry, desserts, clothes, crystal & candle maker vendors from all over Samui come to sell. We also are home to a Truth-seekers Community Group meetup and to my girlfriend's yoga studio called "Shahda Yoga Samui," one of the highest-ranking small-scale yoga studios on the island. Greenlight Cafe & Bar offers organic healthy food such as smoothie bowels, smoothies, fresh juices, salads & gluten-free wraps (we make the wraps onsite), amazingly delicious breakfasts, soups, main dishes, organic coffee (which we roast onsite), Yummy kombucha in 6 awesome flavors (which we produce onsite), free-range chicken and organic salmon & sea bass (which we DON'T farm onsite!), craft beers, Thai beers, organic wine & cocktails, etc. We have a nice swimming pool, a far infrared sauna (seats 3-4 people) and there is ALWAYS someone with whom you can have an interesting unique conversation somewhere around the property. Although we are not directly on the beach, it is literally 40 meters from our front door. Being located at the quiet end of Fisherman's Village IS a big selling point, as you will literally be a 1-minute walk from other pubs, shops, bars & restaurants.
