Wow. Amazing. You won't regret booking this home. As other reviews have said, the pictures don't do it justice. 6 large bedrooms in the house, all with their own bathrooms, and another bedroom and bathroom in a detached 'guest cottage' to the side of the house. My husband and I, our four grown kids and their spouses, and our 5 small grandkids spent a wonderful vacation there and rarely even wanted to leave the grounds. It's in a quiet, private gated community, not close to much, but there are a couple great beaches close by, & we didn't mind the drive to the shops. The pool & hot tub were fantastic, there were pool toys & many outdoor games in the spacious yard, along with beach toys, chairs, etc. that we enjoyed the use of. A great kitchen with everything you need, along with a spare fridge/freezer that we found very useful for our large family. The outdoor table was amazing, & all of us ate our meals out there together with plenty of room to spare. Absolute Paradise.

My wife and I, four adult kids with spouses, four grandkids...13 in all...this was the perfect place for our nine-day vacation on the big island! Spectacular home/property. Exactly as it appeares in the pictures and descriptions. Stop looking at other places and book it - you will not be disappointed...we certainly weren't! Paul, and John the manager once we arrived, were responsive, attentive and basically perfect. We loved the Kohala coastal area...about an hour from Kona/the airport and a great launching point for virtually everywhere on the island. Discovered local uncrowded beaches with unsurpassed snorkeling. Also enjoyed down days/afternoons/evenings at the house in the pool/spa and just relaxing. If we had neighbors, we didn't see them or hear them. Can't wait to return!

Awesome place, near the beach. Pretty far away from most of the stuff to do, but that's what we were looking for - a Great place to be with family and have a chill vacation. close to beach, and resorts for amenities are ~20 away. the listing doesn't do the capacity justice - there's 4 large master bedrooms, 1 entirely separate Casita, and then two additional rec rooms with 6 twin beds! Only ac in the Casita. some rooms get better breeze than others, and in the heat of the summer one of the rooms was very hot at night. for warm-loving folks will not be a problem

We really enjoyed our stay at Hula Hula Ranch. It was very spacious and great for our children. The pool and hot tub were great. We were very close to some very nice beaches too.

Our adult group of 7 couples thoroughly enjoyed Hula Hula Ranch.. astounding views day and night, and gorgeous bedrooms.. Although small hiccups occurred, they were well address by property manager!! Mahalo Hula Hula Ranch! Best of luck and health to you!!
