What a beautiful place, and in such a lovely, peaceful spot! We were met by Pam and Geoff as we unloaded from our cars, and they made us very welcome. Inside, the Barn was just perfect, very cosy and comfortable, very modern and finished throughout to a very high standard. Loved the large, smart en-suite bathrooms, lovely fluffy towels, the excellently fitted-out kitchen, and the bright and comfortable lounge. The house was warm and welcoming. And we were grateful for all the little additional things that had been left for us - lemon cake, biscuits, tea, coffee, fresh local milk, and some local cider. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault any of it - the accomodation, its location or Pam and Geoff's kindness. We are all hoping to go back and explore the area a bit more, as we were restricted by the surprise snowfall over our first night! We send a big thank you to Pam and Geoff.

We all really enjoyed staying at Little Howle Farm. Pam and Geoff were such friendly hosts- so warm and accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble! The accommodation is superb with gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms, a lovely big living space in beautiful surrounding. It's so peaceful, but with lots to do in the surrounding areas. We will definitely be returning! Thank you!

I booked our stay for a small new year getaway with my boyfriend and we both absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed even little things you wouldn’t even think about! Would definitely recommend & would love to come back another time.

We had a fabulous stay in the converted barn. Pam and Geoff were away so Chelsea welcomed us and was very friendly and helpful. We felt at home straightaway as the barn has everything you need for your stay and more. Our two year old daughter loved having her own room and a big bed. There are two equally sized double rooms with en suite and bath which was amazing. The beds were so comfy, I don’t usually sleep that well away from home but I had a great sleep. The place is well situated with lots of things to do in the area. I’d highly recommend this as a place to stay and hope we will be back next year.

Our stay at Little Howle (Rivington Barn) was very comfortable and every little detail had been thought about. The property is 5 star and has been very tastefully furnished. It was also exceptionally clean and the kitchen well kitted out. We will definitely be booking again. It was an ideal location for us when visiting family in Ross. Thank you Pam & Geoff.
