This Wilmington location on the outskirts of Trolley Square is a very good value - Walkable to everything in Trolley, as well as the gem of Brandywine River/Park. The property is spacious and just as described, and dedicated parking is welcome in a city. The only downside is that since it is a first floor unit, noise from the upstairs neighbors, to include any walking on the fire escape, will travel down. Noise considerations aside, it's a great place to stay in Wilmington.

I booked this accommodation for international guests coming to visit in a professional capacity. I was shocked when I checked in and the space was not clean - dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, there was excessive dust, dried food and crumbs around the kitchen, drips down the cabinets, the carpet is badly stained, etc. I spent significant time cleaning the space before the guests arrived and was still embarrassed to take them there when they arrived. I wrote to Chris the day of check in and noted my disappointment with the cleanliness of the apartment, but I never received any acknowledgement or response. I would not be comfortable booking this space in the future, which is a shame because the location is great and this could be a wonderful space if properly maintained and cleaned.

Pay attention to the lack of cleaning complaints--they are REAL! Dirty carpets, dirty dishes, dirty towels. . . Chris wanted to pin his lack of adequate cleaning services on us--we have five star reviews from all our stays. Stay away from this guy and this place.
