This unit is brand new and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and family (with kids). 30 mins. from Airport, beside Robinsons Mall. It is located in Lacson Street where you can find variety of food / coffee shops, SPAs' . very close and convenient to travel around the city. Quiet, 24hrs security, safe, convenient.

This place is highly recommended! It’s beside Robinsons Place Mandalagan and has a walkway connected to it which is a plus. The place is spacious and clean. Pool is also free on the 14th floor. Perfect for a staycation! Ms. Charina was also very accommodating. All in all, our stay for almost a week is definitely worth it.
Charina was very accommodating and met me late at night after my flight into Bacolod was delayed.
An excellent place to stay.
We arrived early in the morning and Charina accommodated us and showed us into the unit around 8am. Her place was everything we ever needed, clean and convenient. The mall is just right across and it is right smack to the city center. The building's staff and security guards (especially Jolly) were courteous and helpful. Facilities and amenities, superb.
